I want to say that this is the best apartment complex where I have lived, Unfortunately I have to leave it Well I am going ... to get married and obviously …I have to live with my husband but I am going to miss this place, Angela Randy and Dominique professionals, very kind, nice , They attend to your needs immediately, as well as the maintenance people, during my stay I really enjoyed this place, it is so quiet, you never hear noise or problems, the neighbors are very polite people and it remains clean all the time; security is good, I love it; It's accessible and they love your pets, thanks for everything, the Vista at Park Row Team🙏 Read More about I love this placeBy: Cm

I am very impressed with the staff, location & quality of Vista at Park Row!! Dominique Dixon goes above and beyond each ... and every time I step into the office as if I am meeting him for the first time, i.e. greeting, issue resolutions, he produces thorough inquiry answers in a timely fashion and is also very kind and patient. Randy has amazing customer service skills, is a great listener and is the representative responsible for me signing my lease in July of this year, 2021. Angela is an Amazing Property Manager and I have always experienced top notch priority treatment when dealing with her with any issue or concern that I’ve ever had and she goes above and beyond and her word is gold. She is very concerned and attentive to each issue, request or concern. I am a witness that each person, whether a resident, future resident or delivery/courier etc. have all received well deserved proper treatment across the board. The maintenance team is respectful friendly and experienced and I have experienced very quick turnaround on each of my request and each are completed with very high skilled craftsmanship. I am still impressed. And lastly, the apartment units along with all of the amenities (10’ ceilings with double crown molding, granite countertops, ample free parking, safe quiet environment, 5 separate courtyards with seating and grilling pits along with the spectacular fitness, conferences, and business centers, the swimming/grilling area which is separate from the other five courtyards) essentially sell themselves!! I plan to be a long term resident as this is my home away from home slash home office. I am very pleased and I have very high standards in taste and I believe customer service cannot be compromised. This is a very beautifully landscaped secluded complex to call home! Thank you staff and management for making this a home for each of your residents and making us as comfortable as you possibly can by accommodating our needs! No need to look any further. What a great place to live. Just moved in, the process was simple and straight forward. The front office team is 5 star. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. The apartment complex itself is stunning and very well maintained.

This property Is bomb! Great amenities, the pool, its super well kept as in clean, and all the staff is superior to what I have seen in property management in the Houston area!
